Description

It's a fun read however with lots of back and forth but we don't get into the nitty gritty and this story had so much more to give.

Zuko, one of the Hunters, knows what he wants and he isn't afraid to do whatever he needs to do to get exactly that. Because on the one hand I enjoyed reading it and read it in one sitting because I just couldn't put it down. I’m having a really hard time getting into this book because the female narrators voice sounds complexly AI generated with a slight Midwestern mom lilt to it.T.L Smith consistently provides us with refreshing spicy scenes, it’s not always the same ol same ol. If you don’t catch up with her in her home state of Queensland, Australia you can usually find her travelling the world, either sitting on a beach in Bali or exploring Alcatraz in San Francisco or walking the streets of New York. There’s an extremely serious element in this story, one that Alaska has to work through, but it is a real-life element and it’s handled extremely well. I’m more harsh towards dark romances so I easily noticed all the plot holes and corny dialogue, but maybe that’s just me being picky.

T.L Smith truly is a mastermind of the anti-hero in her stories and Moments of Malevolence is no different. By purchasing the item from Charlies Chapters Ltd you agree that you are happy to receive a revised edition. What do you get if you put a bunch of psychopath hunter/killers together and then add a FMC who is also less than mentally stable? The way he would take care of Alaska, worried and cared for her was cute 🫂 I loved his twin brothers Kyson and Kenzo moments! Moments of Malevolence is an all-new standalone enemies-to-lovers romance with serial killers and hidden identities, where the villain always gets the girl even if she sets his house on fire. The 103 third parties who use cookies on this service do so for their purposes of displaying and measuring personalized ads, generating audience insights, and developing and improving products. One of those men is Zuko and after he hears her talk, he immediately asks what her name is and of course she says her real name.

trust me, so am i 😭 idk I just liked Zuko and his brothers cause they’re so damn funny, even when it’s unintentional. Zuko is one of the Hunter brothers and he is a ruthless, deadly powerful guy and when he turns up at the bar where this sexy voice he's been hearing alot he recognises it right away and now he's seen her he gives of total touch her and die vibes. The writing was off, the dialogue didn’t always feel natural, and their personalities just couldn’t be nailed down. but all those moments when he tended to her wounds, cooked, and gave off LITERAL “touch her and die” vibes? Alaska and Zuko are a match made in heaven, the chemistry between the two was electric, I enjoy dual POVS and in this case it really adds to the excitement of the storyline, our MFC is a phone sex worker who strikes up an unusual relationship with the MMC, only ever speaking on the phone, they end up meeting one night at the bar she works in, she recognises his voice but he doesn't know its her I'M SCREAMINGGG!Both Zuko and Alaska have a very messed up relationship, and Zuko has some strong kinks which include knife play.

I love the huntsman and was so happy to see that TL was writing them because I know these boys are going to open up so many kinky doors. This is about a strong independent FMC who works in a bar and has a secret identity as a phone sex worker. She cracks me up especially when she had Zuko tip her his unlimited black card while she was working at the club. For such a short story, the author really did an amazing job at writing it and getting the characters individual personalities down. You can change your choices at any time by visiting Cookie preferences, as described in the Cookie notice. But I live on the edge, and he seems like a man it would be fun to annoy, and despite all the warnings I have received I just can’t help myself with him. Zuko is the dark villain most would run scared shitless away from, while Alaska is the independent sassy spit-fire and his perfect match. I’m definitely going to keep this in my collection and read it every year and can someone please contact someone to make a movie series as well?
