Description

KI NO BI ('The Beauty of the Seasons') is inspired by tradition and is distilled, blended and bottled in Kyoto. A prominent citrus aroma of tangy yuzu – a bit like a lemon-lime-grapefruit hybrid – comes to the fore, with a background of smashed basil and white pepper. This gin has been regularly monitored by our distillery team, and carefully matured to the point where the fruitiness and the vanilla from the oak are in perfect harmony with the original botanical blend. Using a rice spirit base and peerless water sourced from Fushimi, the famous sake-brewing district, KI NO BI is bottles at 45.
