About this deal

They both pushed and pulled against the line of their friendship for many months, teetering on the edge of it.

What’s the point of attending university if I’m going to live in my dorm, barely associating with others, experiencing sex once a year with a fellow bumbling accounting major?

I loved Liam and Sophie’s relationship evolution from friends to lovers (I don’t usually enjoy this trope so I was pleasantly surprised). Their story is full of sass, banter and steam as they navigate the race track to cross the finish line so they could win their HEA!

i loved, and i mean ABSOLUTELY LOVED reading about how much he loved looking at sophie in some silky dress (and sneakers ofc) with the neckline dipping to give him a view of things he wanted to lick. Sophie had been overly protected by her father all her life and decides to have a little fun during her summer break from collage and creates a fuck it list of things she hasn’t done before. When their two worlds collide, will friends-with-benefits turn into something more, or will they slide off into the gravel, leaving them heartbroken? I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED at how she can have this strange college experience when she should be having a normal one full of drugs, alcohol, skipping ALL of her classes, NEVER setting foot into her dorm, having sex every 2 hours. the chemistry and attraction between sophie and liam is undeniable, but she quickly friendzones him — i’m not sure why, i could never friendzone a man like liam with his quick wit and boyish charm😮‍💨. And will Liam ever realise he is in love with his best friend when he clearly avoids L word like the plague? The ending was sweet and wholesome though I hated the third act breakup and it wasn't needed if Sophie just talked with Liam about that deal and cleared all their misunderstandings.

This book goes alongside Throttled , the timelines interweaving with one another, and whilst it is a standalone, it’s interconnected with the other books, so I recommend reading Throttled first.i am absolutely disgusted, when i graduate from high school TRUST ME i will not be doing any of these scandalous things sophie is doing (or should i say not doing? He fucked around without any commitments until he ended up with the wrong woman in bed, which led him into a huge scandal, and his career with Mccoy on the line.

Lauren has definitely upped the heat, and the banter, for this book, both of which will leave you laughing and wishing you were the characters. The spice was hot and I can always count on Lauren for hot and delicious scenes ❤️‍🔥🤌🏻 But for me this book was so long considering it could be 50 to 80 pages less if all the unnecessary drama in the end didn't happen. Past trauma and the threat to his contract renewal force him to look at life in a different way, and consider what really matters. he is obviously always horny because how can it be a book in the dirty air series if we don't have a man who isn't always thinking sexual thoughts.Sophie needs to be convinced how feelings are meant for good boys who will cherish her for everything she’s worth. Lauren Asher is a New York Times, USA Today, Sunday Times, Globe and Mail, and Publishers Weekly bestselling author of contemporary romance. To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Sophie has lived a rather sheltered and restrained life, doing what makes her dad happy, after her mother left when she was young. even though at times i didn't feel the chemistry between them, i still like how everything went about even though they were both stupid about their feelings.
